@sophieasophiea, normally when I get hit with anxiety I try and get a nice hot shower then just get pjs on and lie in bed with some calming music or even take a little walk and just think about everything! Hope you feel a little better soon x
@sophieasophiea, try having a me-time, listening to some calming music , or any kind of music you prefer and sing along with it while sipping chamomile tea xx
