Sex is perfectly ok when breastfeeding. But you may need to use lube, like Astroglide Natural, because your hormones will have changed when breastfeeding and you may not make as much natural lube. Its a common thing. But its so worth it to breast feed, I promise!

don't stress out about it. i did & my sex life with my bf is fine. we are obviously a little more tired than before but it's perfectly fine to have sex & as long as you don't stress it'll happen again.

I suggest keeping your bra on with nursing pads in. I found sex to cause let down.
