My friend lent me a bedside crib called a Bednest. I was looking online to get a new mattress and saw that NCT have stopped selling these and don't recommend them after a 7 week old baby tragically died. Now I don't want to use it but don't want to offend my friend. What would you do??
@jodie62, yeah, I read they'd not followed instructions and didn't have it set correctly which I guess was another part of my question. Am I being over dramatic not wanting to use it now??

I was given a crib by my neighbours and never used it :) Didn't tell them x
if she's going to be offended that you don't want to use something that caused a 7 week old to die, then that's not something you should worry yourself with!

I would just tell her what you have read, hopefully she will be fine with you not using it. alternatively you could not say anything and use something else anyway? x
Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
Literally have no friends or pt people to text haha every friend turned their backs on me or just don't get my pregnancy or SO issues and I kudu keep to myself. 🙄
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Trying to hold out and not stress because I don't want my baby being premature. I want a healthy baby.

@sharonc, of course not babe, I would be the same, I just wouldn't dismiss it completely, maybe ask your midwife what she thinks. I know 2 people who have them and not had a problem, although they've never lay their little ones on their front to sleep at that age xx
