tmi but.....how can I beat constipation?? :O . every morning I feel yaaay need to go then BOOM!! nope,got to the point where I'm actually eating foods that WILL help and still nothing,don't want it to effect my pregnancy :'( . isn't sore or anything but it's got the point where I'm close to asking a doctor is this safe . you read so many confusing things that that say you need to call midwife if you get to a week plus without passing,then others say it's fine it's just your diet so change it. ahhhhh whole day is being confused already with my dates changing AGAIN. help what did you guys do to help?? and once again so sorry for tmi =-O

Your not alone, I go up to a week with no bowel movement. When I do go I'm hardly getting anything out cause I'm to scared to really push in case the baby gets pushed out, tmi I know but I'm only 8wks so I worry. lol xx

@gillibean, It's a orange flavored Fiber drink, which is safe during pregnancy. You can get it in any supermarket, Tesco ,sainsburys, etc 😊
Yaaaaay!!!!! finally!!! I went ahhh relieved isn't the word ate more weetabix had a coffee and drank juice yaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!! thanks girls . but will still say to dox etc as 5 days is to long to go without. xx
@angie87, thanks you girls help with making me feel better and great advice. actually get stressed now when I can't go,and don't want to hurt baba by pushing to hard. jeez.xx
@bl1995, .yeah I get that In morning and think yass this is it then nothing I sit for ages,and I even sweat a bit due to stressing,I now eben out chilled music on lol to help me,doesn't help when my kitten always scratches at the door mind you haha. yeah going to call dox see what they say,even go to my local chensit and ask.xx
@gillibean, poor you. If it doesn't get any better it's probably worth mentioning to a doc or midwife as they may be able to do something for you xx
@angie87, had them not long ago and will try fruit juice to,have apple juice there so plenty of that. least us mum to be/mums cab talk about this without getting weirded out lol. sore when I go so if I can today will call dox see if I CAN take anything to help it. don't know why it's sore when I DO go,not my belly but back jeez xx
Horrible isn't it! I feel for you as I get the same and it gives you right belly ache at times! If nothing helps I'd just ask to speak to a doctor and see what they suggest! Xx
@bl1995, I've tried eating my weetabix and still nope :'( getting annoying now tbh .I seem to be getting this for nearly 5 days at a time and when I do go jeez it's sore,hurts my back and scare to push tmi. will try shreddies later and see if that and the coffee helps :-\ just want to go sooooo bad now.
Weetabix and fruit juice worked for me. Good luck as it can be really uncomfortable xx

I get this quite often or did! But when it happened to me I had a bowl of shreddies and it really helped.. I have no idea how or why😂 but as soon as I had a bowl I would go!

@kim-88, makes me feel better I'm not the only one! I'm the scar same I'm to scared to push and hurt me and baby,plus heard if you do sometimes not always you can spot,I used to get it after sex but not as much now so scared isn't the word. haha can never have tmi with the mums we all do it so nothing bad in asking or saying hehe . I stared getting it early on and won't let up. like you I aslo went a week without one to and damn the sore back and cramps,was worried something was wrong with baby but nope just needed the loo xx
