Besides pillows is there anything I can buy to use on my bed as if I was sitting/laying in a hospital bed while i recover from my c-section so when I'm feed my son I don't have to be sitting down completely?

I would just nurse on my side or sir up with pillows (I know you said you didn't want that) but it's really not that bad

when I was in l and d they gave me this big purple foam wedge thing so i could lay on my side.... amazing! I took it home bc they told me it would be good to use.. maybe ask one of the nurses?
