Although red wine is heart healthy and some doctors say yes have a glass Im to scared to do that

Yeah some women and doctors says it's okay but it's something I'm not comfortable doing.

I'm scared to do it as well and I'm not even a big drinker the only alcohol drink I'm OK with is Rose Moscato that only has 6% of alcohol it really taste like apple cider and I'm scared to drink that lol @bellahali @courtneywarner

I think people are freaking out because not only are you pregnant but 6% alcohol is actually more than most beer. The number seems little but it's not. I look at people's random questions like they are kids...we are in a new stage of our lives and curious about everything, just like children are. 🙂 it's not like you said 'I'm going to drink this bottle right now.' Just remember, everyone is pregnant and emotions run high. Also being pregnant is like being s teenager...everyone thinks they know everything about everything when they don't.

ohh yesss I totally understand @ains4073 but I'm sooooo scared to drink while pregnant I watch to many TV shows and my fiance would probably knock the bottle right out of my hand lol I was just wondering because it was wine and I hear some red wine is OK with some doctors
