I am on 30wks: Monday night at about 2am I twisted in my sleep and felt a painful pull on the left side under my belly, Almost groin area. Yesterday I took it easy at home but today the pain is back and throbbing. I don't want to be an over reactor and just wondering what other mamas would do. Call the dr or wait.
