I have no idea what is wrong with me but I have been suffering from severe paranoia in the last week. I constantly feel like something in my house is trying to kill me. I know better but the feeling is still there. I panic if I don't have a solid surface behind me. the tiniest movement or sound or even regular movement or sound make me jump.
