ok I have a question for you ladies my baby Daddy told me the guy my best friend is messing with he had a girl friend who had herpes and I was seeing i was debating on if I should tell her or not she's supposed to be the godmother of my child and I don't know because I feel like this anything or anybody concerning my son your business is my business only if its concerning my son my dad said I was wrong. for telling her how I was because what if its true she got herpes and came to sit on my toilet at home smh 😑😑😑😑😣😣😣😣 can you get herpes like that and if she got it picking up my son somebody comment plz

if she's your best friend, you should tell her just off GP!!!... But, I've heard sooo many horror stories about babies dying because "friends" kiss all over the babies and they catch herpes and aren't strong enough to fight it off! Babies can die from it!

If she's your best friend, wouldn't you want to tell her that she's potentially being exposed to herpes? I wouldn't let my friend mess around with a guy I know, or even suspect, has an std without warning her. If she wants to continue that's her choice. But even if she got HSV, the only way you would get it, or baby would, is by direct contact with yalls genitals or exchange of discharge from a herpes sore. Likelihood of that, I'm going to assume, is slim to none. Also, HSV is one the most common STI's. A lot of times someone can have it and not show any signs. It can take something like pregnancy, severe sickness, or menopause -something that depresses your immune system- to experience a breakout. And while it's possible to xfer the STI without a breakout, it's much less likely. So this guy may not have even contracted it from his ex.

Omg..... Why are some people allowed to reproduce.... NO you CANNOT get herpes from a toilet seat 🙄🙄. It depends on if she has herpes simplex or type 2. ANYONE who ever gets a cold sore or has EVER gotten one has herpes simplex and can give it to your baby..... If she has type 2 which is genial herpes the only way she could give it to your son is if she gave the guy oral and got it in her mouth and kissed your kid or if she was playing with her or his junk and then changed his diaper. Both of which is VERY rare to actually happen....

Just because his gf had herpes doesn't mean he contracted it. You need to have active herpes in order for you to transport it's dormant for a very long time and you cannot catch anything from a toilet seat ever
