Trying to figure out when is a good time to take leave in tired I just want to rest im 35 weeks and 5 days I think I worked long enough! But then people say work until I have her to have more time ugh I don't know what to do ???what did y'all do ? How much time do the hospital give u !?

If you can afford to take leave now! I'm taking leave in 3wks...I refused to work in my crazy work environment after 34weeks!
@myboocoming, since I'm due Sunday I left this last Sunday.. and my job doesn't pay because I am 2 months shy of my 1 yr mark. the day I'm coming back is my 1 yr mark
Yup these babies picking up weight I said that with my daughter I gotta get another ultrasound on the 20th she'll prolli be 6 pounds so next week will be my last week
Ok so we close I'm due May 12 yeah I went two weeks ago this lil girl 4.6 pounds so I know she every bit of 5.5 now @nadeah yeah I'm goin give my job one more week
I'm due May 14th but I don't think she'll stay that long she's already 5 pounds and that was at my appt last week I'll be 35 weeks on Saturday
I personally would wait till baby to take medical leave. I had a normal delivery but still wasn't cleared till 8 wks after to return to work. My job wasn't able to allow me back without my Drs release, and if I had taken my leave prior to baby, I'd have been in a sore spot. But I see a lot of ladies taking it before baby, so idk. ❤️ good luck with your decision.
My job allowing me to take mines when I want I'm still trying to figure out when I should stop I was thinking next week but idk yet
My job only allowed me to take sick/vacation/emergency leave days & then short term disability. I didn't qualify for FMLA because I haven't been there a full year. I would work as long as you can. It really helps pass the time when you get down to the last few days/weeks! I couldn't imagine sitting at home waiting and waiting and waiting on my little guy to arrive lol I'd go stir crazy!
Oh no !! My Job pays for my leave 6 weeks and 8 weeks if that's what dr want!! So your not leaving work until a week before baby come ? @aphrodite2014
unless there are complications.. or medical reason to. and mine is a non paid leave and they don't have to hold my spot either
my job would only allow me medical leave 1 week prior to my due date...
