Anyone else having sharp pains in between their hip bones when they go to stand up or roll over? It almost feels like my hip needs to pop and then I'm stuck on my back like a turtle until the pain slows down enough for me to roll over...

could be SPD i had it with my second it was horrible :( painful and there wasn't much to do beside swimming and some yoga :(
I don't get the pain to that extant. My midwife said it is because of the softening of the cartilage which makes the hips slightly wobbly (don't know it that is the right word to use).

Yeah. My OB said its from the ligaments holding your uterus in place.

yes!! my hips will crack and pop though. i just gotta roll slowly and then POP! It doesnt hurt though, the pop feels amazing

It must be as we get further along then @lakree214 because it started about two weeks ago every now and then. Now it's almost every time I roll over

mm am426, I go back on the 14th, maybe I've dropped? It's killing me! I had my bf help roll me over the other night bc it hurt too bad to do it myself
I have been having that since I dropped at 31 weeks. it sucks. I will be talking to my doc about it Wednesday
TMI , but my vagina is hurting so bad and my hips just rolling over in bed it hurts so bad !!!! .. when I was pregnant with my son I never had pain like this ! Does anyone know what could be wrong ???? Or what I can do to relieve the pain at night

Waddling so bad tonight 😂 my hips hurt like hell.
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Mommies: what do cramping pains mean this far along in pregnancy? I'm 39+2.. FTM the cramps are in my hips and feel like I'm gonna start my period.. Normal? Or what.. 😕
