Oh goodness, I need help! I think I have a clogged duct in my boob. it's swollen and sore to touch, and no matter how much I pump, it won't produce more than an ounce. And that whole one ounce looks really watery. I've been doing the hot washrag on it, but it doesn't seem to help. Any tips?

I don't care what ppl think of me, but I'm seriously considering putting my baby up for adoption. I love her with all of heart, but doing this alone is hard. Every single night she just screams to the top of her lungs and I do everything to soothe her. I don't know what to do at all. I wish I had some kind of help. I don't have a single ounce of help.
