is this any good on increasing breast milk supply and will it hurt the baby if your pregnant

I looked it up each one of the answers says it's safe for pregnancy and while breastfeeding. I'm a soon to be ftm, so sorry but I looked it up instead

well I don't.know but read the ingredients and research it maybe cause I truthfully don't know. I know that while pregnant the do's and don'ts what is safe or not. certain teas if your pregnant if it has certain tea leaves could cause early preterm labor or miscarriage.

with the teas I meant while pregnant? I'm still new to learning this too

I thought you weren't supposed to drink certain teas? And just because it's organic don't mean it's really healthy. the lactation smoothie also looks like would least taste better
