What can I do to minimize bloating?

Thank you I've been drinking a lot of water so I keep thinking that's what's making me feel this way.

Make sure you eat fruits in the morning and not after cooked food is my only advice! Good luck !

@whitney is right. exercise does help though, and make sure you're drinking a LOT of water and eating lots of healthy foods!

It's just one of the things that comes with pregnancy. You're body is changing and bloating is very common in the beginning.
