Rant Time! - my MIL proceeds to do everything I don't want her to do with my baby! My youngest LG is just 3 months and still isn't very steady with her neck and I've asked her not to put her in the Bumbo cause she looks uncomfortable and her head isn't stable in it. I didn't say nothing to her as this is the 3rd!!! time she's has put her in it and when I walked in she said out loud " I know your mummy doesn't want me to put you in here but I've had 5 kids and I know best!!" She is my second child so surely I know some stuff. God sorry ladies I needed to get that off my chest !!
I know it winds me up so much, with my oldest child I swear she think he is hers she books him for swimming lessons and talks to her friends about what school he's going to go to! I think they should be all my decisions and ideas to make!! It's so hard because I live with her! Glad I'm not the only one in the same position x
^^ lol @tuftyturtle 😂
maybe talk to her tell her to step the hell back and stop doin wat u dont want her too do @batesy11
I would punch her in the face. my mother in law is exactly the same. I just act like she doesn't exist and don't let her touch my children lol.🙈
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
FTM problems...
So I've made it pretty clear that I want to buy my daughter her fist Halloween costume. Her babysitter/nanny keeps saying she wanted to make her one. I told her yesterday that I wanted to find her something that my SO and I could dress up as a family. So I told her I am going to get it. She just text me and said 'not trying to step on your toes but I bought her two costumes'. She does this all the time. Anytime I want to do the "first" things with her she immediately does it. It...

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
I don't care what ppl think of me, but I'm seriously considering putting my baby up for adoption. I love her with all of heart, but doing this alone is hard. Every single night she just screams to the top of her lungs and I do everything to soothe her. I don't know what to do at all. I wish I had some kind of help. I don't have a single ounce of help. I don't know a single soul in Minnesota either.
I had to live with my mother in law when I was pregnant and it was HELL. One of those situations where she wants my husband to think she's better than me and she knows him better / can do it better blah blah. It used to upset me but now I literally just act like I can't hear her speak or see her etc 😂 when she's at my house I hang on to my children and keep them busy so she can't get her grubby paws on them. It might sound petty but she doesn't deserve the title of grandma or whatever so I'm not going to let her act like she's prize fucking granny when she feels like it!+
