Exactly! Ugh it sucks @aightgoddess Then once he gets latched, he eats, sleep, u nod off, then it seems like it's time to feed again 😩

@chill, night times are the hardest, especially if you have a very sleepy baby! It takes me half an hour alone to just get my son awake and even then he'll fall asleep a few minutes in. :(

I love oatmeal! I also have he lactation tea. The hardest part for me is supply and demand. Especially at night when I'm very sleepy. He latches well but he gets so comfy he falls asleep after a few sucks @aightgoddess

I read that calorie intake can affect your milk supply. For breastfeeding the minimum intake should be 1500-1800 calories per day.

Eating oatmeal made a difference for me and so did a lactation tea. Having baby at the breast as much as possible and is what is going to do the most for you though, supply and demand. Pumping can help as well.
