OK. Thoughts on going to the ER for bad cramps? No bleeding yet but the cramps just came out of no where. its like a stabbing /shooting pain. ER or wait it out?

its normal its cuz ur body is stretching . trust am going on 19 weeks n I still get crampin n its cuz the baby grows n stretches

If you are worried then go! But I had lots of cramping at 9 weeks as well, just FYI.

because youre so early in the Pregnancy, I would go... Once you get into the second and third trimester it's normal because your body is stretching getting ready for the babys growth and birth.
