Lol, no my kids don't mind, although there young im very open with them about it, and they understood and just talked with each other until I was done.

I've been nursing in the car too. Thought about getting an extra Boppy just for the car. When the baby's hungry, you gotta do it! At least my van has a DVD player & usually kids snacks ;-)
