got out the hospital today. he's in reflex meds and vitamins. and his formula is to be thickened 1tsp of cereal per oz of formula. he finally had his first poop in two and a half days today also.
still gotta get some mucus and cough med. so zarbees here I come
Okay so my son's pediatrician never told me his soy formula would mess with his thyroid meds and he's been spitting up more off even if I guve him his meds before feeding him. Should I try him back on regular formula, like similac advance(i have 2 sample cans, and wondering before my wic happens next month so I can switch out my checks?
Question for formula moms How much do you spend a month on formula and what brand? I think the thought of spending the money is the biggest deterrent for me to switch. I do think breast milk is best but I also think formula is great since I was a formula baby. I'm just getting exhausted and frustrated with pumping all the time until we can get his tongue tie clipped and hoping that will fix his latching and sucking issues. They're taking forever to get me the referral. Gotta love Tricare.
