Lord!!! These back pains r killing me!! I'm 31 weeks and feel alot of pressure below ...it hurts to walk , squat , bend or sit!!! But I'm not bleeding ...n Tylenol n heating pad no longer works!!! ask Preggie ??? what can I do to relieve this pain??

Wearing a belly support has been the only thing that has helped me get thru the weeks.
