I don't mean this to be a brag. but 12 days ago I gave birth to my son. after hearing my husband repetitively tell nurse after nurse our son was not getting anything to eat when I breast fed him. and every answer was "he's got to be" we did a test hooked up a pump and found it had a whole breast not producing ANYTHING . wasn't until late days after I came home and started to get my milk in and a lot of rubbing my lame breast did anything happen. after drinking tones and tons of water pumping and praying I got over 9oz (I spilled aliitle from over loving the bottle ) from one pump my jaw hit the floor. I am way more excited to keep doing this. you don't need a huge stash or special teas and bars just a good attitude :). (pic in comments )
Good for you keep it up! I tried nursing my son from day one but had to start pumping because he wouldn't latch. Then finally 2 weeks ago he started latching so now I have nursed him and now he won't take a bottle anymore! He is 11 weeks. I wanted to give up but I kept trying.@my3sons
