@starshawna79, yes you have so much going on and you deserve a happy pregnancy and birth, which means centering on yourself instead. 💕 I hope you feel better. It isn't easy to not want that care and comfort from others, but also isn't worth the heartache it could be causing you.
This may sound weird, but if you find a positive book you can listen to, those "self help" books, they help change your mindset to positivity and to love yourself! You can do this and once you let go and move onto better things, you will be happier! Nothing is easy that's for sure. Find someone to talk to often. Get out of the house. Find a hobby to bring joy in your life. Live your life! It's so hard to change your mindset being in the state you're in but it can happen. ;) Someday someone else will fit the role of supporter, but before then, you're strong, you're free and love life! ❤️
@savvyeveryday, ok and ur so right it's just super emotional now and don't wanna feel like me and baby are unloved ya know but ur right I'm cut my losses now and prepare for a healthy baby
It's so tough not feeling the support needed during pregnancy. If you aren't feeling supported talk to the people who you need that from and give them a last chance to help you before you make changes to support yourself and the baby. Sometimes it's easier to just know not to depend on someone and be ok with that than hang on to the idea of hope of them stepping up to be there. You definitely don't need that extra emotional strain.
