Any remedies for constipation? Before I got pregnant I had it occasionally but laxatives made me throw up so not really wanting to risk that now that I'm pregnant. Prune juice tastes nasty to me but any suggestions welcome!

colace is a safe stool softener, it is not a laxative which are all unsafe during pregnancy, there is a difference between what the 2 things do to your body.

I've been putting prune juice in my smoothies this week but hasn't seemed to help very much

I used Miralax when it got really bad. One dose and by the next day it was normal poo.

Stool softeners are not safe, some can cause birth defects. Try using prunes in a shake. I wouldn't trust any "safe" stool softener on the market.
My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
It's my turn ladies! Finally, after nearly FORTY-TWO weeks... I decided to get induced. Baby Violet scared me with some decreased fetal movement and I couldn't wait any longer.
I know i sound bad. But, does any moms still smoke while pregnant?
Have any other Mommys not looked pregnant at all at 24weeks ??? Baby #3for me & by this time with my first 2 I look pregnant.. I had the baby bump .. Not the case with this one
