Thought I'd share my weekly workout plan for after this baby comes (+ waiting the 6 weeks to heal) this is what I will be doing to get back in track! I also made a daily food choice list since it's hard for us I know to think about what we would like to eat day to day there for we make poor choices. I'm so ready to get my body back in the best shape It can be!
