ok!! thank you im going to try these steps i also have a doctors appointment tomorrow so I'm defiantly going to make them aware of these headaches

thank you, you too! also try putting ice packs (or ice) on your temple on the side that hurts the most and lay in a cold room. Temperature was the thing that made headaches so bad for me

I agree 100% I spend my first 2 trimesters practically sleeping except when I went to Dr appointments. Tylenol pm was my best friend as well.

@rainbowbaby2015, yes I've been drinking more water and getting more sleep idk it's just annoying
