So am I just suppose to take the fenugreek pills 3 times a day
You could make them in a Smoothie, cookies, mix them in your oatmeal. and you can get fenugreek at any pharmacy, I get mine from walmart but rite aid usually has a good deal on them.
I try to every hr & how would I use flax seed.. I have a whole unopened bag just sitting on my cabinet I eat oatmeal at least twice if not more a day & I don't like hot coco & where would I get those tablets from @hhmariah
I ordered brewers yeast tablets on amazon when my supply took a huge dip. It brought my supply right back up! Also i did 24 hours of skin to skin with on demand feeding and it helped a TON!!
Try Fenugreek tablets aswell! hot cocoa, oatmeal, flax seeds, bananas, and power pumping help too! Could also look up and try a lactation cookie recipe.

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
