I had cramps and was scared all the time my baby is now 2y

i still get them my baby is gonna be 2 months on sunday i think its still the uterus shrinking . i get them during breast feeding they say breast feeding causes them because it help ur uterus. shrink faster. but i also had a c section so my recovery will be alot slower than a vaginal dilivery idk if that helped

Don't be concerned. Just means your uterus is still trying to get back to its original size.
