my doctor says with a doppler overwhelming amount of gel will cause the sound to be dwindled. the "Swoosh" is the placenta and they baby's heartbeat best is double your heart beat. you can feel your pulse in your neck and compare it to the sound if you need to

while using your Doppler take your pulse. baby's heartbeat will be much faster than yours

u have to use a lot of gel the more gel the better u hear 🤗🤗🤗🤗 and don't be afraid to press on ur belly
