Nothing pisses me of more knowing that my child's "father" is here just meet his daughter and snap some pictures so he can brag about being a "dad" but hasn't contributed to ANYTHING! And won't move because he doesn't like it here and never wanted to come here but has only been here for 2 fucking days Uhh I'm sorry that I want a better life for my child and her not around your drug addict family. Here I know she is safe and around positive family who will encourage her to be a better person unlike yours.
Do I technically have to keep in contact with him once he leaves? He isn't going to be on the birth certificate or anything of hers.

@raerae95, definitely not gonna go for child support. And oh heck no I'd be pissed. I'm gonna take care of everything before he even gets there and that only I'm allowed to handle paper work.

yea I wpuldnt even go for child support in that case honestly. but as long as he doesn't sign the birth certificate or your good. don't let him be there either or he can pull the same shit my ex did and wait till your asleep and tell the nurse he needs to "fix something for you on the paperwork". and put his name on it
@raerae95, good because I know dang well he is gonna go back to Wisconsin and then try and say he has rights and that's I'm depriving him his "rights" of a "father" if I don't reply to him. My baby doesn't need no part time social media "parent"
no yu don't have to put him on the birth certificate or keep contact if thas yur choice...but if yu ever decide on child support thas a different story...
no you don't I'd he's not on the north certificate be has no rights. don't let him be involved like that. you don't need that in your life. it causes alot of issues I know first hand. no child needs a "saloon door dad"
I don't believe you do, since he's not on the certificate or anything. He could always ask for a DNA test and to be put on it, but that doesn't seem likely. Hope everything works out for you.
