Any mom have some ways to help increase breast milk? I am 3 weeks out and have very minimal breast milk. I am pumping and get like nothing out.

lots of water and having your baby nurse all the time is really the only way to increase it. I tried all of the extra stuff. the teas and pills my last pregnancy and nothing helped. this time around I have him nurse when he wants and I pump a lot I. between. you're breast supply on demand so keep emptying them and they will do the rest :) I did and now I make a little too much to the point where idk how I Will stop breast-feeding lol
I did the mothers milk tea and LOTS of water!!!
what I do is breastfeed then pump once your done breastfeeding. That's what I do and I get a good supply of milk@christine0817
My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....
Is it possible to run out of milk??? I have barely any breast milk coming out and my baby is getting frustrated luckily I have some in the freezer😣

Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared...
