Absolutely gutted today to be signed off work sick for my last two weeks 😢

I know most people would be happy to have the extra time but I haven't had any time off sick in 8 years, I hate letting people down and as the boss feel I should really be there for my team until my replacement starts!

Saying that, my little lady is the most important thing. The doctor said I was suffering from headache-less migraines which was causing me to almost faint and lose vision for up to 20 minutes and the episodes were becoming more regular. He thought they were stress related so wanted to remove the stress and take me out of work.

I didn't get my last day at work but my team have planned a baby shower/leaving do for a few weeks time so it'll all be ok. 👍🏻
