Wine lady's I need advise ? I wanna cup of wine

There's a lot of back and forth because no one has really done a study in the effects of alcohol. They don't know how much or how frequently causes FAS so they say no amount is safe. That being said, I don't feel comfortable even taking a chance.

they used to say a cup of wine was OK but now they're saying they don't know the damage just one cup does so they say none is best
