Any tips on how to get through early labour while at home? Constant contractions for 22 hours and I can't take no more…

It was warm, but it didn't help at all. It did this morning but not now... & id say every 2/3 mins. But they were when I rang at 12 & they said I didn't sound in enough pain but I wasn't showing it xx @winterbaby95

@megsssimo I would advise against a hot bath..as a sudden increase in your body temp reduces blood/oxygen flow to the baby xx

I've had a hot bath and my contractions didn't ease at all :-( I've had to get out and I'm going hospital they're killing me so bad. They've definitely got worse since yesterday morning xx @megsssimo @winterbaby95

Warm bath :) Rocking back and forth on a ball :) How are the contractions? If you get 3 within 10 mins. Go to the hospital :) xx

Everyone I talk to swears by a hot bath or shower when in early labour! Good luck xxx
