Any tips on how to get through early labour while at home? Constant contractions for 22 hours and I can't take no more 😩😩

It was warm, but it didn't help at all. It did this morning but not now... & id say every 2/3 mins. But they were when I rang at 12 & they said I didn't sound in enough pain but I wasn't showing it xx @winterbaby95
@megsssimo I would advise against a hot bath..as a sudden increase in your body temp reduces blood/oxygen flow to the baby xx
I've had a hot bath and my contractions didn't ease at all :-( I've had to get out and I'm going hospital they're killing me so bad. They've definitely got worse since yesterday morning xx @megsssimo @winterbaby95
Warm bath :) Rocking back and forth on a ball :) How are the contractions? If you get 3 within 10 mins. Go to the hospital :) xx

Soooooo you guys, I had the twins March 11 at 9:17 and 9:23 💙💙💙 they decided they couldn’t wait any longer. But they’re doing fine. Nolan (baby A) 4.1lbs and Nilan(baby B) 4.4lbs they aren’t on oxygen but they’re in the NICU but everything is looking good for them. Pictures of them coming soon, but they’re both so handsome💙😩😩
This chick that works with my boyfriend really confessed her love to my man and then went into tears when he rejected her. (Mind you, he works in a kitchen and tells everyone about me and the fact that I’m pregnant and how excited he is to have a son.) Apparently she’s started to cause him problems at work and getting jealous when he talks other females, me included😂 Like this hoe really tried it😩😂🤪
