When would be the best time to start trying again after a miscarriage?

3 months after my misscarriage I got pregnant I started trying after a month

I had 2 wait for a full normal period cycle then try again to allow your body to clean out an hormones to regulate.

I was told to wait at least 3months before i started trying again...
