I've been reading that it's okay to supplement formula after feedings for when I go to school. Does anyone else supplement? How does it work for you?
I've been supplementing with formula here and there (not looking for any judgement) what water does everybody use? Does all water need to be boiled first?
Does anyone not give their new born vitamin d supplements?
If im breastfeeding and supplementing, can wic also provide formula?
Ladies, i need to start supplementing with formula every once in a while bc I don't always produce enough breast milk for baby boy. I have pretty much figured out that he has a dairy intolerance. Does anyone have any experience with supplementing and how to do it? Soy based formula? What is the best brand?
So what does everyone pack for lunches? 😂🎉

I did in the beginning before my milk got established but now that my son has had breastmilk he refuses formula lol breastmilk taste better and is sweeter. If you do supplement do half and half in a bottle so it balances it out and he will be open to both! And at home just breastfeed dont do formula so your supply dont go down :) hope this helps!

it killed my supply very quickly!!
