Can't win. 5 days late which was HUGE because we've been having so many issues TTC. Only to find out it was late because I have 3 nodules on my thyroid causing hormone issues. Down the next rabbit hole.... 1st severe Anemia, now this. Trying to remain positive but 😪

I need advice; hubby struggles with his appearance and has been having an especially hard time lately, feeling unattractive. Anyone have any suggestions, because apparently my efforts are no longer effective enough.
