if im not passed or at least 2cms tomorrow at my check in, im not telling any soon to be mothers ANT of the techniques I did, especially not walking .. i've been doing all of this since 37 weeks and go see my OB and get disappointed every time . im 3 days from 40 weeks 😑 . sex hasnt helped, nipple stimulation hasnt .. only thing i say helps bring on (CRAMPS) is bouncing on the birthing ball

I was at a 1 for 3 weeks and stayed at a one even when I was in labor and had contractions every other minute.. my body wouldn't go on its own until the doctor broke my water and pitocin
