Can anyone help? I dont really want to call 111 or my midwife but im finding it hard to breathe, just like shortness of breath really, ive tried an inhaler and it hasnt helped?
@laurenjaynebutcher I would ring 111 and get advise if I was you x
@kellyhumphreyss.sa at least im not alone! Tried moving and getting outside for fresh air but hasnt helped 😣😣 xx
I had the same thing when I went up to Southend on sea about a week ago. I was struggling to breathe properly and the inhaler didn't help either. As soon as I got back to cornwall it stopped. But definitely didn't feel right the way I was feeling. I don't know what was wrong with me xx
@erincharlie1226 i thought at first but no other symptoms, just feels hard to take a decent breath! Xxx
Panic attack ? Breathe in through nose out mouth xxx
@kayteamay Im Already On Iron Tablets, Ive Taken My Daily Dose, Its Just all of a sudden came on
Could be a sign of anaemia? I find I am breathless a lot
i no wot u mean i should call 111 then see what they suggest
@sara87 yeah 29 weeks, but i never got this with my son
@sara87 i dont think its serious enough to call 999, chest doesnt feel tight or anything just like i dont have enough room to breath kind of thing

I could really use some opinions. I'm stumped and dh is no help.
I'm feeling dizzy and really weird like really weak and light headed and l have to take a strong breath in to breath right now what to do anyone ?
Does pineapple really help?
So went to my ultrasound and it wasn't great news 😣😥😢...don't really know how to feel about it and can't help but worry.
Did your DH /SO help you prepare for labor?
I feel like the whole point of having a DH is that they are there for you, that they help you prepare. They help you learn new breathing techniques. They give you massages. They read the books. They believe in you.
@ells123 i enjoyed it alot actually. I live in cornwall so anywhere other than here is better 😂 I prefer the busier parts of England rather than the sleepy hollow parts. Haha but I quite enjoyed it. Xxx
