Can anyone help? I dont really want to call 111 or my midwife but im finding it hard to breathe, just like shortness of breath really, ive tried an inhaler and it hasnt helped?

@sara87 i dont think its serious enough to call 999, chest doesnt feel tight or anything just like i dont have enough room to breath kind of thing

I had the same thing when I went up to Southend on sea about a week ago. I was struggling to breathe properly and the inhaler didn't help either. As soon as I got back to cornwall it stopped. But definitely didn't feel right the way I was feeling. I don't know what was wrong with me xx

@ells123 i enjoyed it alot actually. I live in cornwall so anywhere other than here is better 😂 I prefer the busier parts of England rather than the sleepy hollow parts. Haha but I quite enjoyed it. Xxx

Did your DH /SO help you prepare for labor? I feel like the whole point of having a DH is that they are there for you, that they help you prepare. They help you learn new breathing techniques. They give you massages. They read the books. They believe in you.
