What is sids?
Do the guys usually help with the baby registery stuff or should I just do it on my own? (I asked my bf if he wanted to be a part of it and he asked if I wanted him to be)
Do the guys go to the baby shower too, or is it just for the mom to be? (I feel like he might just want to work instead of going to a baby shower, though we haven't discussed it yet)

That's the one thing I don't like about text, @brittanycheri can't hear what tone people are using or anything. It just leaves too much room for interpretation and mistakes.

Sudden infant death syndrome? And my hubby didn't but he went to the shower with me. I made sure his buddies would be there so he had people to talk to.
my boyfriend went with me to do the shower registry and he enjoyed it till the end then was getting impatient. I enjoyed having his opinion on things for the baby. and he will also be at the baby shower. I want him to get all the congratulations and see all the gifts we get for our baby.
Sudden infant death syndrome. They are unsure of the cause. The infant just stops breathing. They suggest getting vent baby bumpers, swaddles, propping baby up a little when they sleep. Research or suggestions are changing every year. They make moment monitors that you can buy that alarm when the baby hasn't moved for so many seconds, the alarm stuns the baby to breathe. We bought the owlet more expensive but it shows heart rate and oxygen levels. I am a respiratory therapist and my SO is a fireman/paramedic so we hear about sids all the time.
My husband didn't do the baby registry with me because it's my second. We do go shopping a bit for baby and he picks things out.
We did a co Ed shower and my husband was miserable but it was all his family and long time friends because all my family lives out of state. But the new thing is co Ed. The guys grill out and they bring a pack of diapers while mom to be is inside doing gifts and all that. Our guys shot guns while we did gifts.
What she said about sids^ 👍🏼👍🏼 and my husband didn't help with the registry but he was at the baby shower. He pretty much got the nursery together, I only organized everything lol
sudden infant death syndrome. people say several things can cause sids. loose bedding laying the on there belly when they sleep... sooo many things but nobody actually knows the cause sids can happen all the way up to 3 years old.
Dads can come to the baby shower if you want them to, sids is sudden infant death syndrome and they can be a part of registry if you or they want to be. Mine isn't bc he doesn't wanna be.
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that
I really thought I was getting a baby shower and like no one has even thought about giving me one. This is my first baby i mean no one has to do anything for me I just at least thought they had plans for me and they don’t. They gave my uncle one because his wife didn’t want one because she already had a kid.And everyone got a baby shower and was giving one .But I guess it’s okay. I Have a question mommies I’m a First Time Mom and everyone keeps saying when my baby get here there gonna take my baby but I don’t trust people like that and I promise I’m not trying to be mean but I don’t want anyone to have a my baby and I know people are going to ask so my question is How do you say no without being mean ?🤔 I don’t even plan on letting my child spend the night with people when he gets older it’s just so much happen to me as a kid and I don’t want that for my baby
