Does the postpartum panties helps in tummy control? What you ladies have done for tummy control after csection delivery? Please I need your experience.

you havent delivered yet right?? ask your nurse at the hospital for a stomach binder... they dont offer it..u have to ask for it. i used to work as a CNA in post partum at the hospital...thats how i know
@gypsy.soul2, oh yes you are right.. But I tried using the band last time, but it didn't help so much.
may have to wait til your well enough to hit the gym :/ I haven't had a c section but I know some women do the wraps just to help out with water weight

@gypsy.soul2, Belly band I received from the hospital and the one I purchased outside doesn't did the job 😔
maybe use a stomach binder... it's a velcro binder that just provides good support after having a baby
