I'm an avid hunter. I've been turkey hunting the past week and I'm 19 weeks pregnant (that is me sighting my bow in on Tuesday) , I will be 20 weeks tomorrow. I don't know about anyone else, but strenuous exercise (nothing I didn't do before pregnancy) is the only way I feel good. So running around the woods chasing a gobbler has been a God-send, especially since it's so much fun!!
How are y'all keeping in shape during pregnancy?
up until about 2 weeks ago I still rode my horse.. I'm now 35 almost 36 weeks and I stopped when my belly started touching the saddle horn. I also worked almost 50 hrs a week at a vet clinic until my doctor had me cut my hrs back cause I'm 4cm and 50% effaced. I think it helps labor and delivery of you can stay avtive, and I always feel better moving rather than staying stationary.
