that's def baby acne. it's caused by your hormones still being in his system. you can't really do anything but wait for if to go away, which it will. just wash his face a couple times a day with only water, don't put anything on it.

that looks like eczema not acne. don't pop them! take him to the doctor, it could get itchy

i reccomend the Aquaphor baby eczema lotion. my baby had/has really bad eczema and dry skin and that is the only thing thats cleared it up:)

My daughters was eczema. They gave her a cream and we had to change to using baby all detergent. She also couldn't be on anyone with perfumes and had to be laid on only stuff washed in her all. Pre wash everything with the all you put near the baby or on the baby. It's an expensive change. She also only could use dove no scent or sensitive things to wash and the only lotion she could use was the aveeno baby eczema lotion and products.

try changing the laundry detergent you are using.

Looks more like eczema from the picture. I'd call the dr. Just don't try and pop them if they are acne cause their skin is so sensitive it'll scar like crazy.

I've heard breast milk helps.
