Does anyone know how to change my status from weeks to saying I had my baby?

click your name. and then the right top corner is three dots. and it should say status/kids. and just add a kid. and delete that you're pregnant

Bottom right side there is a button with three lines on it that says more. Click that and then click on settings. From there go to "my status and kids" and you can change it there as well!
