I'm absolutely terrified of labor pains. I'm 36 weeks and can't seem to overcome this anxiety.

I have a pretty high pain tolerance (I think) I mean I've sat through eight hour tattoo appointments without it being a problem but tattoos and labor are two totally different things. that's the only pain I have to compare anything to :/ I made the mistake of watching birthing videos and reading others experiences with L&D and now I am a wreck.
