I did. Morning sickness started between 2-3wks for me. I had made a doctor's appointment for Monday, I wound up in the ER on Saturday evening. Their blood test came back negative. Two weeks later I got the biggest BFP ever! 8 months later my dd was born. Very possible to have symptoms very early on.

I did. My breast were already starting to get fuller and I was already starting to eat more
