I had I little girl in my daycare that would only take her bottle of I held it in my armpit and held her tummy against mine like her mommy did when she breastfed her. @hellosweetie good idea.

Oh yea, huh! Sorry hard to keep track! Aww she'll get there! I forget sometimes the average for holding their head's up is 3 months! Melody could be held up right with no head support from the time she was 3 weeks up 😱 I agree with @carterclaytonb btw, that didn't work for Melody but it may work for your girl!!! Also, tell whoever feeds her to hold her the same way you do when you breastfeed her, that way it feels similar to her!

Have you tried not being there when you give her a bottle? Sometimes they can smell you and if they see you they only want boob. My son would only take a bottle if I wasn't there. And even then the only ones he would take were playtex nurser drop ins. And if he wouldn't take them then My mom or whoever would just squeeze the bag and the milk would squirt into his mouth so at least he was getting milk. He rarely had to take a bottle because he came to work with me but when he did it was difficult.

@hellosweetie, mia is almost 3 months old:( she can't hold up her head by herself just yet! she's close though hun. and thank you .. I'll keep trying bottles haha I am gonna return them on amazon if they don't work 😅😂😂😑😑

@hellosweetie, oh man I have that fear as well.. Mia is so smart she hates anything that doesn't taste like my nipple ! Im afraid I wont be able to go anywhere because she wont take bottles from ppl:( it puts me in a hard position :(

Ugh....it will be a process for you no matter the bottle....just keep offering them, and PRAY she will take them because Melody never gave in! I just tried again the other day just because I was curious, and she gave me a nasty look and cried 😢 try Dr. Browns, they are supposed to feel more like the breast...also there's this one by Medela....it has this special valve that makes it so the flow feels like a breast and the baby can control it like the breast, I never got to try it because we had to stop wasting money on trying bottles just to find out she didn't like them, and that was the last on my list lol lemme look it up for you real quick, pretty sure you can order it off Amazon

@gabylove91, yes girl & my baby refuses bottles.. Im starting school soon so were trying everything we can to make her take bottles again
