so my husband brings supper home tonight (yay I didn't have to cook lol) tells me about his day... then says "your dad said they (my dad, step mom and oldest niece) are coming by tonight" I assume to bring the kids their easter baskets because they are going to Georgia for the weekend..... so then he takes his laundry upstairs n puts it away, and picks up like 4 things in the kitchen area and I say something about our sons toys that he literally dumped 2 minutes before he got home.... he says "I'm not worried about the toys, I'm worried about the kitchen".... no our counters aren't the cleanest, the one seems to be a catch-all most of the time.... he then goes back upstairs.... I start cleaning the counters all off (I threw his stupid magazines away) and I take our daughters shoes that were there upstairs..... what do I find????? he's in the damn bathtub, and will then take a shower (usually an hour long process).... I'm thinking to myself, if you're so worried about the kitchen then help me clean it, or sit and play with your kids so they aren't up my a$$ so I can get it done.... nope I have to clean it all, entertain the kids, and have the dog under my feet the whole time..... sorry for the rant mamas, I know I'm a sahm but damn I can only do so much in one day, I usually clean 1 room a day, sometimes 2 when it's a small room (both bathrooms r done in 1 day, and my sons room n the room my daughter sleeps in are done in 1 day)
