Breast pumping question...
Ok how long should I pump for and how many oz of milk should I be pumping out each time? I just did about 10 minutes and I've pumped out 1 oz for each breast. Should I be filling up to 5 oz each time I pump? Do I pump, store the milk in the fridge, take a break, then come back to pump more until I get up to 5 oz?? I'm new to this and it's draining 😰

everybody pumps different amount 10 to 15 minutes of pumping is fine if you're trying to increase the supply pump 10 minutes break for ten pump again for a hour repeat ever 3 hours till your where you want to be,I don't recommend increasing supply if you just had your baby after 6 weeks would be OK that's enough time for your breastfeeding to have regulated your supply

Just pump and breast feed it is hard but you'll make alot
