my doctor told me I had to take my prenatals still after I had my first two.

prenatals are for before, during and after pregnancy it should say that on the bottle :)

You can, doctors recommend you keep taking them especially if you plan on breastfeeding

yes it's usually recommended that you take some sort of vitamin while breastfeeding
