Ive always had back issues BC of sports but now my back if I bend for to long locks up

mine didn't affect me. i heard it only hurts after if they mess up putting it in. it's very difficult getting exactly where it needs to go

it messed mine up to i had to get two of them the 1st one didn't work

oh man :( jesus im scared to give birth using it or without it lol
